Just recently, a valued customer Ken Irwin from White House Tennessee submitted this feedback to us in regard to his Trane unit installation service provided by Total-HVAC.
I just wanted to tell you what a great job that installers Jeff Haskins and Josh Williams did in installing our Trane package unit on October 30, 2014.
These guys were absolutely professional in their manner, work ethic, and customer service.
They arrived shortly after 9am and went straight to work. Between 11:30 and 11:45am they were completely through with the job. They had to run a new return and when they came out from under the house they mentioned that they saw a duct that was off of the register. Before I could say anything they said they re-attached it. I told them both thank you and that I really appreciated them taking care of that. I imagine other contractors would have charged extra for this.
All this is to say what a fantastic job Jeff and Josh did and I would totally recommend Total HVAC!
